Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate Cookie Martini
Ingredients
Cookie Marshmallow Sandwich:
1 Doughlicious Salted Caramel dough ball (cut into 4 mini dough balls)
Melted Chocolate as glue
Marshmallows (large marshmallow for chunky sandwich)
Homemade Hot Chocolate:
1 ¼ cup Milk
1-2 Tbsp Double-cream
¼ cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1-2 Tbsp cream
Pinch Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla extract
1 chunk of Love Cocoa Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate
Salted Carmel Hot Chocolate Martini:
Homemade Hot Chocolate
2oz Love Cocoa Salted Caramel Vodka
To finish:
½ cup Double Cream, whipped
Grated Love Cocoa Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate
Cookie crumbs to dip the Martini glass rim

Method
Cookie Marshmallow Sandwich:
Cut 1 Doughlicious dough ball in 1/4
Bake 145c fan for 10 minutes
Allow to cool for 15minutes
Using some melted chocolate as glue stick the cookie on either side of marshmallow to make a sandwich
Leave to set in the fridge for 10 minutes
Making homemade hot chocolate:
Place a pot on the hob
Add all the ingredients and bring to a simmer
Mix well until thick and smooth
For dramatic effect add the chunk of Love Cocoa Chocolate last to watch dissolve
Making the Martini:
Add Martini ingredients
Decorate with cream, and marshmallow cookie sandwich
Extra decoration option:
Swirl melted chocolate inside your martini glass
Dip the rim of the glass into melted chocolate
Then dip into cookies crumbs, sprinkles, sugar, nuts, get creative!
