At any time, Doughlicious may review, retain and disclose any information as Doughlicious deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, as well as Doughlicious’ internal needs, except that credit and debit card information will be permanently removed from Doughlicious within 72 hours after these details were received in Doughlicious‘ systems.
By reviewing, retaining or disclosing personal information, Doughlicious does not either expressly or impliedly endorse, affirm or in any manner assume any responsibility for such information.
OPT OUT AND DELETION OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
At any time you may opt out of Doughlicious’ mailing lists by sending Doughlicious an email to: contact@doughlicious.co.uk. In any case, Doughlicious will not share your personally identifiable information with any advertisers without your explicit consent. It may take Doughlicious up to fifteen (15) business days for your opt-out request to take effect.
If you wish to delete your personally identifiable information that is stored on Doughlicious‘ database, you may notify Doughlicious of such request at the following email address: contact@doughlicious.co.uk. Doughlicious will inform you whether it accepted your request. Doughlicious may change and update the terms of this policy from time to time.
