Strawberry Cookie Pizza


1 pack – Doughlicious Cranberry Oat cookie dough (GF,VE)

120ml – Greek yogurt

Honey – Just a drizzle will do!

1 pack – Strawberries

Zest of 1/2 a lemon


Allow your cookie to reach room temperature

Combine all the dough pucks into one large ball

Roll out flat between 2 sheets of parchment paper to create a thin pizza base

Bake for 18 mins at 165c fan before removing from the oven and allowing to cool

Slice all your strawberries

Cover your pizza base in Greek yoghurt and drizzle with honey

Top with all the strawberries and another drizzle of honey

Finish with lemon zest

Chef’s Tip

Tuck in right after assembly if you prefer a crispy cookie, otherwise leave it to sit for a while and allow the yogurt to soften the cookie base – giving the dessert a gooey and silky texture, think tiramisu and tres leche vibes!
You can also make the cookie base ahead of time and assemble just before serving!
