Golden Ticket Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This golden ticket promotion is open to United Kingdom entrants only.
2. The Prizes available for this golden ticket promotion are as follows: 4 tickets (1 winner and 3 friends) to the new live production of The Rocky Horror Show in London on October 30th or any other date at a UK venue. 5 winners of a £100 Waitrose gift card to be used in store or online. 2 winners of Doughlicious ‘n Chill evenings with La Tua Pasta (£30 La Tua Pasta & £25 Doughlicious)
3. Only those entries with a valid Golden Ticket code redeemed from one of 3072 Salted Caramel & Dark Chocolate ready-to-bake cookie dough boxes purchased from Waitrose in the UK are eligible.
4. Internet access and valid details are required from all entrants.
5. Golden Ticket promotion starts: October 4th 2021
6. To Enter:
   1. Visit your local Waitrose store: Purchase a pack of Doughlicious Salted Caramel & Dark Chocolate cookie dough, found in the frozen aisle at over 200 Waitrose locations.
   2. Open the Doughlicious Salted Caramel & Dark Chocolate box and check to see if it contains a Golden Ticket.  Only 3072 of the Doughlicious Salted Caramel & Dark Chocolate boxes (all sold in select Waitrose stores in the UK) contain a Golden Ticket.  If your box contains a Golden Ticket, the film on the top of the cookie dough tray should also have a unique Golden Ticket code printed on it. 
   3. Scan your Golden Ticket: Scan the QR code on your Golden Ticket, which will lead you to an online entry form that you will need to complete by providing your details (name, email address, full postal address and telephone number) along with the unique Golden Ticket code that is printed on the plastic film of the cookie dough tray.
   4. Retain packaging: Please keep the top film from the inner pack of your cookie dough that has the printed unique Golden Ticket code required for entry. If you are selected as a winner of a Prize, you will be required to provide this packaging film showing the Golden Ticket code to Doughlicious.
   5. Winner Selection: Eight winners will be chosen at random. The Rocky Horror ticket winner will be drawn on 28th October 2021. All other prize winners will be announced on 15th November 2021. The Doughlicious team will review all entries and check for the codes that match our winning numbers, each of which has been pre-selected at random prior to dispatch.
   6. Winner Announcement: Winners will be contacted directly by the Doughlicious team through the email address and/or phone number provided on the online entry form.
7. A person may enter more than once by purchasing multiple packs of Doughlicious Salted Caramel & Dark Chocolate ready-to-bake cookie dough at Waitrose in order to submit multiple codes, but can not win more than one prize in total.
8. Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted by a winner, you will be notified directly by a Doughlicious team member to arrange fulfilment of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a Prize is not fulfilled within 28 days of Prize Acceptance, you will have a further 28 days to inform the Doughlicious by emailing contact@doughlicious.co.uk. This applies to all prizes except the Rocky Horror Show in London, which will be selected and fulfilled on October 28. In the event that a winner does not inform Doughlicious within this time frame, Doughlicious reserves the right to reissue the Prize to another winner or limit its value at their sole discretion.
9. Doughlicious may request that the winners participate in reasonable publicity arising from this Golden Ticket promotion. Participation is at the winner’s sole discretion and is not a condition of prize acceptance.
10. Doughlicious seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and we reserve the right to bar you from entering future Doughlicious promotions for a period of at least 12 months. For this reason, we reserve the right at any point to:
    1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. A Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
    2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering this Golden Ticket promotion.
    3. Disqualify entries made with anonymous email services.
    4. Disqualify spam entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries.
    5. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
    6. In the event that this Golden Ticket promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including – but not limited to – tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Doughlicious which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Golden Ticket promotion, Doughlicious reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
11. The Prizes cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If – for any reason – any element of a Prize is not available, Doughlicious reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute another prize of equal or greater value and communicate with the winner(s) directly.
12. No responsibility can be taken for entries or winning claims that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason but we will use reasonable efforts to ensure this does not occur.
13. This Golden Ticket promotion is not directly associated with Waitrose & Partners. Any concerns, enquiries or complaints regarding this promotion or the prizes offered must be communicated directly with the Doughlicious team by emailing contact@doughlicious.co.uk.
