What is Doughlicious?

Doughlicious is the London Dough Co, based in London, UK founded in 2014, by founder, Kathryn Bricken. We produce and sell a range of ready to bake cookie dough and cookie dough & gelato bites with the finest natural ingredients. We sell our products in several countries, including the UK, United States of America, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland and Sweden. Where can I buy?

Are your products gluten free?

Yes! 100% of all our products are gluten free so those of you that are gluten intolerant, it is your lucky day. 

Which products are vegan?

Our three cookie dough and gelato bite chocolate flavours are all vegan:  Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Truffle, and Mint Chocolate Chip. Our Chunky Oat ready to bake cookie dough is also vegan. The remainder of our products are vegetarian.

What is a Doughlicious Cookie Dough & Gelato Bite?

It is the combination of three irresistible ingredients united for that super sneaky good taste. Creamy gelato in the middle, wrapped in cookie dough and dusted in cookie crumb on the outside. This is the future of frozen snacking!

What is the best way to store Doughlicious Cookie Dough & Gelato Bites?

Keep them frozen until ready to serve. If you need to transport them, please keep them frozen to prevent them from melting away as you won’t be enjoying the optimal consuming moment.  

What is the best way to serve Doughlicious Cookie Dough & Gelato Bites?

The cookie dough may be hard when you take it out of the freezer! We recommend you let it thaw out for 2 minutes to soften then just pick one up and bite!  Once thawed do not refreeze. 

What is Doughlicious Ready to Bake Cookie Dough?

Pre-made chilled cookie dough that takes 14-18 minutes in the oven (depending on how it is baked) to turn into warm and gooey gourmet cookies. 

What is the best way to store Doughlicious Ready to Bake Cookie Dough?

Keep them chilled or frozen until you are ready to bake them. Once tray is open store chilled and consume within 7 days. If you freeze them, do not refreeze once they have defrosted.  

What is the best way to serve Doughlicious Ready to Bake Cookie Dough?

Take out the ready to bake cookie dough from the fridge or freezer. Bake them in the oven for between 14-18 minutes depending on how crispy you want them. Once the timer is up, you will have cookies ready to eat! Please refer to the baking guidelines and instructions on the back of the pack.

Do you sell outside of England?

Beyond the United Kindom Doughlicious can be found in the, United States of America, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, & Sweden with more international markets on the horizon. Follow us on our socials for future market expansion.
