Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.

PROMOTER:

The Promoter is Doughlicious Limited whose registered office is Unit 3, Heron Trading Estate, London W3 0RA.

WHO MAY ENTER:

The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Promotion and persons affiliated with such companies may not enter this Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER:

To take part in this Promotion, participants must purchase a box of promotional Doughlicious Doom The Dark Ages Cookie Dough & Gelato Bites available on the Doughlicious TikTok Shop for £10 (Doughlicious_dough)
Winners must retain receipt and provide proof of purchase. Entries which are incomplete, late or without proof of purchase will not be eligible to receive a prize.
A person whose name is identified on the mode of entry (“Entrant”) must be ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom. Region, country, and IP address blocking is enforced for anyone trying to access the Promotion microsite outside of the United Kingdom.
Prize Limitations;

14 day access to Game Pass Ultimate: Redeem at microsoft.com/redeem by 30/09/2025. Valid payment method required. In the event that multiple prizes have been won by a single person, email address or household during the Promotion, such persons may have their prize(s) placed on hold or withheld by the Promoter at any time. Any person using alternative details to circumvent this condition will be ineligible to receive their prize(s). No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted (see paragraphs 21 and 22 for further details).

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion opens at 00:01 (UK time) on the 27/05/2025. All entries must be received by 23:59 (UK Time) on the 31/08/2025 (the “Closing Date”).

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

Winning entrants will be asked to provide their proof of purchase along with any requested personal details including address and email address via a secure URL link within 14 days for validation of their claim.
- Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriptions will be sent to the email address provided within 3 working days of successfully passing verification. This is a digital item sent via email.

PRIZES:

Prizes for the Promotion comprise:

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of the prizes) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, or for circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control. Winners will not be entitled to a cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of thereof) and, unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing, each prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If the winner is unable or ineligible, for any reason, to accept a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
Third party terms and conditions may apply to parts of the prize where applicable and such terms operate in addition to these terms and conditions.
Details of prize winners’ names and counties will be available for one month after the close of this Promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address set out below and stating the name and date of the Promotion or by emailing contact@doughlicious.co.uk

LIABILITY:

There are certain things for which the Promoter does not accept any liability to you. The law does not allow the Promoter to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently. The Promoter accepts full liability for these matters and for all matters for which it cannot, under the laws of England and Wales, exclude or limit its liability. Otherwise, the exclusions of liability below will apply. References to the “Promoter” in these paragraphs include all of the Promoter’s associated companies, agents and any other third party involved in the Promotion.
To the greatest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) occurrences beyond the Promoter’s control, including but not limited to:
Any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion;
Any changes to prizes or their method of use by the prize winner;
Delays or other problems with the dispatch of prizes (such as prizes failing to reach the intended recipient; and
Any act or default of any third-party supplier.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receiving or processing of your entry. If this Promotion is unable to run as planned due to computer virus, network/technical/communications failure, tampering or any cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries (subject to any requirements or restrictions under applicable law).
Entries must not be made through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries will be deemed ineligible and will not be counted. The Promoter is not obligated to inform entrants whose entries have been deemed ineligible.
The Promoter’s decisions are final and binding in all respects on all entrants. The Promoter will only enter into correspondence at its reasonable discretion or if required by applicable law. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be deemed ineligible.
This Promotion is not administered by Microsoft or Bethesda/ZeniMax. By entering, you acknowledge that Microsoft and Bethesda/ZeniMax bear no responsibility for this Promotion and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Microsoft and Bethesda/ZeniMax from any liability whatsoever in connection with this Promotion. You understand that the information you provide is given to the Promoter and its affiliates, associates and agents (where applicable) and not to Microsoft and/or Bethesda/ZeniMax.
If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or un-sportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Promotion, choice of prize winner or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity. In such circumstances, any entries made by a disqualified entrant will be deemed ineligible in connection with the Promotion.
All entries are subject to moderation. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to deem an entry as ineligible should it contain offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

PERSONAL DETAILS:

The Promoter will use each entrant’s personal details for the purpose of administering this Promotion. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity and PR activity at the Promoter’s request.

ENGLISH LAW APPLIES:

This Promotion, these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including the prizes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion and/or these terms and conditions (including the prizes).
