Chia Chocolate & Vanilla Recipe

Ingredients

½ cup chia seeds

2 cups oat milk

2 teaspoons vanilla paste

2 tablespoons maple syrup

¾ cup coconut/soy yoghurt

Pinch salt
Chocolate Layer

1 Tbsp cocoa powder

Toppings

Easy and Healthy, this overnights Chia Chocolate and Vanilla Recipe can be enjoyed at anytime of day, be it breakfast or an afternoon energy boost. Made using our recently refined, Chocolate Chip Snackable Cookie Dough which is high in fibre, vegan friendly and gluten-free.

Method

Mix all the ingredients EXCEPT cocoa powder into a large cup

Fridge for 4hours or overnight

Remove half the chia pudding into another cup

Add the cocoa powder to one mixture and mix well until chocolatey

In your favourite glass jar, layer the chocolate layer at the bottom

Then pour the vanilla layer on top
