Grand Luchito Mexican Cornbread

Method

Preheat your oven to 170c (fan assisted)

Grease your muffin tin/cases

Cut a Savoury Dough puck in half and press it down into the tin

Add fresh corn along with your Gran Luchito pickles and jalapenos

Crumble the remaining half of your savoury dough on top and press it into the tin

Bake for 25-28 minutes at 170 until golden brown
