Easy Halloween Hack: Savoury Spooky Jalapeno Ghosts with Salsa

Ingredients

1 box of Jalapeno Savoury Biscuit Dough

1 Ghost cookie cutter

These are the best canapes to make for a Halloween party. They are super easy and all your guests will love them. Why use a store bought chip that may break in your salsa when you have a vegan, gluten free option that also happens to be a source of fibre.

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 170c fan.

2. Put all the biscuits pucks together to form a ball. Place the ball between two sheets of baking paper and roll it with a rolling pin into a sheet. You can make this as thin as you like but the ghosts will hold their shape when the dough is rolled to 5mm thickness. Use the cutter to cut shapes and then keep rerolling the dough and cutting shapes until all the dough is used.

3. place the ghosts about 3cm apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

4. Bake for 18 minutes until the ghosts are slightly golden and firm. Then let the biscuits rest

You can serve the ghosts with store bought salsa or one of you favourite homemade recipes.
