Method
Preheat the oven to 180℃ or 160℃ in a fan assisted oven (Gas Mark 4)
Fill a bowl with your sesame seeds
Toss your Savoury Dough pucks in the bowl and ensure they are evenly covered
Place the coated dough balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper
Bake for 22 minutes
Be patient, biscuits will not spread much but begin to puff and crack in the final few minutes of baking.
Allow biscuits to cool for 3-5 minutes
Add your tahini (optional)
