Any leftover roasted vegetables
Any leftover roasted meat (we used chicken)
150g Greek Yogurt
1 Can – chopped tomatoes
1 Box – Doughlicious Chilli Cumin Savoury Biscuit Dough
1 Pouch – Bang’s Classic Bangala Powder
A quick and easy recipe to use up all of your Christmas Leftovers!
Method
In a roasting tin, combine your tomatoes, yogurt and Bangala Powder and stir.
Add your leftover meat and veg and stir until well mixed.
Roll out your Savoury biscuit dough until flat
Cover your tin with the dough and trim the excess
Decorate your crust with excess dough (we created snowflakes with a cookie cutter!)
Bake at 180c for 20-25 minutes
