1 pack of Vegan Double Chocolate Cookie Dough
75g white marshmallows
If you are looking to get into the Halloween spirit with some spooky baking, then I’ve got the perfect recipe that you can make at home with the kids. To make these spooky Spider Web Cookies all you need are our Doughlicious chocolate cookies and some marshmallows. Super Easy!
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 160c fan.
2. Place all the cookie pucks 3 cm apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
3. Bake for 13 minutes and then let the cookies rest. They will be slightly soft in the middle.
4. Meanwhile place the marshmallows in a bowl and melt in the microwave. It will take between 20 and 60 seconds depending on the size of the marshmallows.
Use a spoon or your fingers to drizzle the melted marshmallow over the cookies, creating a spider web design. Do this whilst the cookies are still on the lined tray as the marshmallows are extremely sticky and the paper will protect the tray. No scrubbing required afterward. YAY!
