Welcome to Doughlicious! From whipping up treats in her kitchen to becoming London’s cookie queen, Kathryn Bricken turned her American baking magic into a sweet success story. Her legendary homemade cookies, crafted with clean, premium ingredients and free from artificial nasties, sparked such a frenzy among friends—who begged for her secret dough to bake at home—that she knew she had to share her creation with the world. Combining the finest ethically sourced ingredients with her entrepreneurial spirit, this dough-obsessed mum launched Doughlicious The London Dough Co in 2017, transforming her passion for bringing people together through wholesome, indulgent treats into a delicious reality.


Doughlicious aims to be inclusive. Every cookie dough flavour is 100% gluten-free thanks to our unique blend of gluten-free flours. There are also dairy-free, organic and vegan flavours. Everything is made with the finest ingredients and no artificial additives or preservatives. 

We produce cookies that are better for you and the environment (in a factory powered by renewable energy). Our ingredients are sourced from reputable suppliers who adhere to our high standards of quality, animal welfare and sustainable production methods. Our dough is individually portioned so you only bake what you need in order to minimise food waste (from chilled or frozen). 

The factory, in West London, is 100% gluten-free, has a 5 star food hygiene rating and is certified by BRCGS, SALSA, The Organic Food Federation, The Vegetarian and Vegan Society. 

Doughlicious is sold in Morrisons, Whole Foods Market, Costco, Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado and many other businesses across the UK. It is also available in the USA in Whole Foods Market, Target, Harris Teeter and Woolworths and Costco in Australia.
